Foundry workshop covers an area of 10 acres, construction area of more than 7,000 square meters. Now the company introduces advanced silica sol fast drying process, the full automatic operation of the actual shell, the use of four-way eight-arm manipulator to reach 300-600 series of sunrise mold shell, to achieve the product surface and internal organization of the mate upgrade, can control the product surface welding rate between 5-10%, can meet the requirements of train parts, automotive parts and construction machinery products. It can produce 3,000 tons of castings annually.

Processing workshop area of more than 5000 square meters, with advanced machining center, CNC lathes and a full set of testing equipment, professional team, can meet the needs of different customers at home and abroad, products are widely used in automobile, rail transit, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, petroleum and other fields.

In 2023, it won the title of Ningbo High-tech Enterprise, and passed the assessment standard of "Ningbo Foundry Industry one factory one Test" for environmental protection. The main customer is the Spanish company "CAF", which is the world's fifth largest manufacturer of rolling stock.
