Machining is the most important core competitiveness of Chenyang, not a workshop, but a factory, advanced and complete equipment, and has a complete management team, independent engineering, production, quality and supply chain team. The blanks machined come from steel casting, cast iron, forgings, profiles, and the strong machining capacity means that the blanks from Huawei Foundry are only part of the process, as well as the blanks from various other materials and other production processes. Chenyang's machine processing plant provides customers with precision machining casting and forging parts and profile machining parts.
With advanced equipment and unique technical expertise, we turn ideas into practice. High quality precision machining centers and CNC lathes give us great reliability in the production process, ensuring that we consistently produce high quality parts. Our unique CNC machining units consist of two or three machines (lathes or machining centers) controlled by a single operator, so we can produce parts efficiently and at a competitive cost.
In order to ensure the highest quality of the finished product, the use of computer programs is essential. CAD (computer-aided Design) and CAM (computer-aided Manufacturing) programs provide detailed job drawings for each step of the precision machining process. Programs such as ProE and UG provide extremely detailed 3D designs. Precision machining can process many materials, including steel, iron, aluminum, copper, bronze and some special alloys.
